To achieve this, we create custom curricula for each of our clients on the basis of that client's business structure and the specific job descriptions of the people who will participate in the professional development solution provided by Globecon.

For each client, Globecon map each position within a specific group, team or department to the specific skills to enhance their performance. Specifically, we work with each client to match our coursework to their job descriptions in order to provide a complete learning system that meet's the client's professional development needs.

To do this, we construct a learning system based on our competency maps. Globecon's competency maps are used to create our custom solutions regardless of the delivery method.
